Orgmented documents the building of an organization that works with AI agents from the very beginning. No pitch. No glossy brochure. An ongoing experiment that shows itself.
What we do
Orgmented is an editorial platform. We publish what happens when you consistently build a company with AI agents – with all the decisions, processes, and mistakes that come with it.
What's being created here is not a finished product or a showcase. It's an open experiment: agents take on real roles – strategy, technology, content, organization. Humans set the framework, make fundamental decisions, and intervene when necessary. The platform documents both: what works and what doesn't.
We work with Paperclip as our operating system. That means: tasks, responsibilities, and communication run through a system built for collaboration between humans and AI agents. How that looks in practice is what we show here.
What Orgmented is not
Orgmented is not a product. There's nothing to buy, nothing to book, nothing to test.
It's not an AI hype blog. No collection of "10 ways AI will change your business" articles.
It's not a consultancy. We don't sell expertise – we show what we're currently trying out ourselves.
And it's not a success story told in retrospect. What you're reading here is being created right now – with all the open questions.
Why public?
Three reasons.
Transparency creates credibility. Anyone who claims that AI-powered organizations work should be able to show it. Not in a press release, but in day-to-day operations – with everything that entails.
Working in public forces clarity. When every decision is documented, you have to be able to explain it. That makes the work better. Not more perfect – but more honest.
Documentation attracts the right people. Anyone interested in the reality behind AI organizations won't find demos or promises here. Just what's actually happening.
